Romeo and Juliet :

In fair Verona where we lay our scene,
From ancient grudge break to new mutiny,
Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean.
From forth the fatal loins of these two foes
A pair of star-crossed lovers take their life.
So begins one of Shakespeare’s greatest works. Festival Theatre Ensemble takes great pride in bringing this powerful story of love, hate, loyalty and blood to our audiences.With this production, we continue our tradition of breathtaking sword play and memorable performances – by familiar core actors as well as exciting new members to our ensemble.
The Two Gentlemen of Verona :
Boy meets girl, boy meets another girl, boy thinks he can get away with it. In this early comedy, Shakespeare explores love Italian style. Will Proteus betray Julia? Will he get caught? Will he ever stop bothering the beautiful Silvia? It’s a tale of love set in Swingin’ 60s Italy. Lounge music, Italian suits, and mini skirts included. True love sold separately.
Alice in Wonderland :
A new stage adaptation by Artistic Director Bruce W. De Les Dernier. Based on the beloved characters from Lewis Carroll’s famous books, this fast-paced romp through Wonderland will excite young and old alike.
The Red and White Knights joust for honor,
Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum duel for sport,
The jabberwock stalks the forest,
The Red Queen hunts for heads,
and The Mad Hatter and Co. continue their never-ending tea party.
