Exchange Policy:

Admission Policy:

All person attending any performance of the Los Gatos Shakespeare Festival must have a ticket for admission, regardless of age. No cameras or recording devices are allowed.

Festival Theatre Ensemble as the producers of the Los Gatos Shakespeare Festival, reserve the right, without the refund of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, or who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. This includes failing to silence cell phones or similar devices when requested.

Late Seating:

Late seating is at the discretion of management.

Rain Out and Canceled Performance Policy:

In the event of rain during the evening of a performance, FTE will attempt to exchange tickets for comparable performances on other show nights, if available. There are otherwise no refunds for performances that are rained out or canceled owing to circumstances beyond our control.
